Guarantee and warranty

The guarantee and warranty of Halo&Son Austria e.U. for physical products is as follows:

Guarantee:

• We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
• During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace any parts that are defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Warranty:

• We warrant that our products will perform as described in the product description under normal use and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
• If defects occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

Note:

• The guarantee and warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications or repairs by unauthorised third parties.
• Please keep your proof of purchase as proof of the guarantee and warranty period.
