Guarantee and warranty

The guarantee and warranty of Halo&Son Austria eU for physical products is as follows:

Guarantee:

• We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual.
• The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
• During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair or replace any part found to be defective due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty:

• We guarantee that our products will perform as described in the product description under normal use and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
• The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Should defects occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our own discretion.

A notice:

• The guarantee and warranty do not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
• Please keep your sales receipt as proof of the guarantee and warranty period.
