delivery and shipping

In Austria and Germany, we usually deliver within 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been received, the goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider within 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays).

Goods are shipped within the EU at the price shown in the shopping cart. Delivery to other non-EU countries is only possible upon request. Please contact us for such requests. We will then check the shipping options and determine the corresponding shipping costs.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties (customs, taxes) may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

Goods are usually shipped via the parcel service DPD, DHL or GLS. Deliveries to Great Britain up to 2 kg are handled by Post.at.

Standard runtimes

The standard delivery times are shown below. Deviations due to holidays or exceptional circumstances may extend the delivery time.

Shipment tracking / tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number of the respective transport company (e.g. DPD, GLS, Post.at) within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Important notice regarding damaged shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged, please report this to the shipping provider and our customer service within 48 hours.

Processing time

Orders received by 2 pm are usually shipped on the same working day.
